    Warranty

    We provide a 2-year warranty on the tents we produce. Any defects that we become aware of after purchase, relating to material and manufacturing defects, will be repaired free of charge.

    Not Covered by Warranty

    Shipping costs, packaging, improper use, thread thickening in the fabric, color deviations in individual fabric panels, color deviations due to weather and environmental factors, condensation (in extreme cases leading to dripping, especially at seams and frame parts).

    Repair

    Due to high demand during the season, we can only carry out repairs or expansions from September to December. We appreciate your understanding.

    Delivery

    Dirty or wet tents cannot be accepted for warranty or repair. We kindly ask that you only deliver the parts to be repaired.

    Costs

    For repairs not covered by warranty, a starting fee of €47.50 applies. Shipping costs outside the warranty period amount to €15.00.
